How do I place an order?
A. Contact us at 423-802-9081 & we'll get started! We will help you choose tablecloths and chair covers that are the proper size for your tables and chairs. We'll give advice about the best color combinations, fabrics, and complimentary tabletop accessories. You can schedule an appointment to visit our office, or we can help you by phone or email.
Do I need to clean the linens prior to returning them?
A. No, please do not attempt to clean or dry clean the linens. We have a specific cleaning process for the linens that protect the color and texture of the linen. A linen can be damaged if it is not cleaned properly. All that is required is that you shake any debris off & place in the linen bag provided.
How long do I have to return the linens?
A. All linens must be returned by 5:00pm on the next business day following your event.
I am leaving for my honeymoon or I have to work on the day the linens need to be returned, how do I return them?
A. Designate a responsible friend, family member or your wedding planner.
What are your deposit & payment terms?
A. A 50% deposit & signed contract are required to secure your rental. The balance & final count are due 2 weeks prior to your event.
Can we come see the linens?
A. Yes! You are welcome to schedule an appointment to view the linens. Appointments are available Mon-Sat & evening appts. are available.
Do you send out samples?
A. No. We do not have samples to send out at this time. You are welcome to schedule an appt. to view linens at our office.
What if linens are damaged?
A. Cleaning Fees: The following list represents fees for loss, damage, excessive cleaning, and the fees that will be applied for improper linen use: *charges only apply if linens are returned damaged.
Candle wax removal ....................$20.00 per cloth
Debris rolled up in linens………..$1.00 per cloth
Replacement cost of irreparable items due to rips, tears, burn holes, mold, loss, etc....up to 5 times the rental fee per item.
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
A. We do not have a minimum order requirement, however deposit & contract terms apply to all orders, no matter what the size.
What size tablecloth fits my table?
A. First you need to know your diameter (if it’s a round table) or the length (if it’s a rectangle table). Then refer to the Linen Size Chart.
